To enhance the cohesion of employees and promote communication among them, the trade union committee of Suzhou Guangxing Mould Co., Ltd. organized a variety of outdoor team-building activities for the staff. This event was held at the Suzhou Xishan Cowboy Club. The team-building activities were rich and varied, full of challenges and fun. After the game ended, a barbecue activity was held. Everyone worked in a division of labor. Some were responsible for preparing the ingredients, while others were in charge of the barbecue. During the barbecue, everyone communicated with each other, shared delicious food and enhanced their friendship.
